Asher Rabinowitz has been a lawyer for over 40 years. Emil Gehorsam is a graduate of the Tel-Aviv University in the studies of law and business management. He was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association as of 2006 and worked in one of Israel’s leading law firms. Emil has vast experience in commercial law, with an emphasis on high-tech and energy companies. During his vocational experience Emil specialized in corporate law, international investment transactions, large scale turnkey projects, international distribution contracts as well as OEM and licensing agreements. In addition, Emil served as general counsel to a start-up company in the field of cyber and regularly consults several clients with internal, commercial and strategic matters, including employment matters, corporate governance, preparing employee stock option plans (ESOPs) and commercial strategies.

Rozil Amir is a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herziliya (“IDC”), with a degree in law and business management. She was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association as of 2012, and has since gained her experience both in leading law-firms and as an internal legal counsel for acquisition groups in large real-estate companies. Rozil has vast experience in real-estate law, with an emphasis on both private and commercial transactions, management of entrepreneurial projects, tama 38 and acquisition groups, companies’ law, probate law, and project financing. As part of her vocational experience Rozil specialized in registration of real-estate rights, dealing with municipal and statutory bodies, reporting to property tax authorities, negotiating with banks and private equity funds for project financing and finding creative solutions for guarantees. In addition, Rozil participated in the Perach Tutorial Project at Bar Ilan University as well as a program to assist students with learning disabilities at the Lea and Naftali Ben-Yehuda Accessibility & Study Skills Center at the IDC.

Mor Petro completed her internship in the Enforcement and Collection Agency in Beer-Sheva.  After being admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2015 she started working in a large real estate company as a member of their legal department, following which she joined our firm’s real estate department.

Mor provides her clients with legal services and advice in the field of real estate, including leasing and sale transactions, acquisition groups and property taxes.
